Why this work?
We believe in the power of good trouble.
We know what it takes for leaders to bring people together.
It’s hard. It’s overwhelming. It can be a lonely journey, even in collective spaces.
We’re dedicated to helping you make your leadership journey as focused, efficient, and joyful as possible.
We’ve been in your shoes.
We’ve build multi-cultural teams and prioritized joy, equity, and radical transformation in the workplace.
We’ve faced the crisis and hard times, heck, we’ve even closed down a non profit through a beautiful feminist hospicing plan.
We’ve experienced the thrills of abundance, and we’ve led rapid-growth plans that scaled impact work in ways we didn’t even think was possible.
We know you are on the frontlines of transforming the world we have into the world we deserve.
We are in awe of your patience, determination, journeys, and struggles. We want to uplift you and those alongside you in the most efficient way possible. So you can go on and do the important work you have chosen to do.
